Can I get your quotation?

Sure, I will send a detailed quotation to you by email, you can tell me the products you are interested in and the specific requirements. Because we have products in different price ranges to meet the needs of different customers and markets.

What is the MOQ of the products?

The vast majority of products are available in stock with a minimum order of just one unit. Of course, larger orders will receive better pricing.

Can I get a free sample for testing?

No, you can place a trial order. We will assume full responsibility for the samples, just like with standard orders.

Do you offer OEM or ODM service?

Yes, we have been providing OEM & ODM business for 8 years and have a lot of experience.

Can we do exclusive mold?

It is doable for our R&D Team. But this process cost a very long time, we suggest that we start with the existing products in the early stage. If you want to focus on this product and have concerns about market conflicts, we can consider giving you exclusive mold protection, and both sides can sign a contract based on the requirements and expectations.

What is the payment term?

Our standard payment terms are T/T 100%, normally 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating alternative payment arrangements based on mutual agreement.

What if there is a quality problem?

Sure, our company has obtained all the necessary factory and product certifications. We comply with industry standards and regulations to ensure the quality and safety of our products.

WARRANTY

NUTREK Optics warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship with detailed warranty policies that may differ at varied sales channels/regions. Don't hesitate to get in touch with the authorized dealer from where your product is purchased to learn if your product is valid for warranty service. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and material. The warranty does not apply to units, which have been damaged or abused intentionally or unintentionally. A purchase from individuals unauthorized dealers or unauthorized internet sites voids the warranty. Tampering with or altering the unit will void the warranty. Any unauthorized service will void the warranty. Original sales receipts must be produced for any warranty service.
